My name is Jo Beard-Green and I have been on the health and healing journey most of my adult life. I had been practicing Reiki for 6 years when I then completed my Crystal Healing Therapy Diploma in 2009 from the Spiritual Ventures Association. I have also had training in Colour Reiki, Channelling, Tarot reading, Hopi Ear Candle and Past Life Soul Healing/Regression. I have a lifelong connection with nature and animals, choosing to be vegetarian in 1989 and subsequently vegan. I am passionate about a chemical free lifestyle, searching out environmentally friendly/organic products for the home and body, and eating organic food and drink wherever possible. I have made my own salves, creams and have a keen interest in natural remedies and herbalism. I grow a lot of my own fruit and vegetables, and I am passionate about bringing awareness back to the food we eat and its nutritional value. I am using this platform, along with my social media account, to promote wellness and offer alternatives to modern medicine and practices to gain back a strong, healthy body. 

Innerlight Soul Healing Therapy is a unique healing/restorative treatment that I have devised over 20+ years experience as a professional practitioner. I offer 3 appointments that last between 60 and 120 minutes which incorporates the treatment with pre and post consultation. I feel the feedback and assessments I give are equally important. I will recommend further aids to your wellbeing, such as certain crystals, protection strategies, wellness supplements, nutrition advice etc. This treatment can be done as a distance real time healing via Whatsapp video call, as well as attending in person. The effects are just as powerful and restorative. The treatment consists of Usui/Karuna Reiki, Crystal Therapy, Breathwork, Sound Therapy, Channelling and Past Life information. Your 12+ Chakras are cleansed and charged and your auric field is cleansed, repaired and energised where necessary. Cords are also either strengthened or removed. I remove entity attachments, ‘hook ins’ (other low energy attachments to the main entity), trauma imprints, implants, curses/hex's, and dense energy blocks from past life/karma.

I trained in Past Life Regression Healing from The Association of Past Life Healers in 2017. I offer a stand alone Past Life Healing via Zoom where we re-live, heal and sometimes re-write, the past energies that are affecting this life. Very powerful and transformative.

I work with various positive dimensional Beings, my main one being Arcturian, through which healing and informative light language is channelled. Many people have powerful and deep experiences and find their physical and emotional blocks start to shift.

The Innerlight School of Healing is a teaching and informative platform. I teach Reiki, from 1st Degree to Karuna©. Further details will be given during the year and upon request. I also do Crystal Workshops/Retreats and Meditations, and, with my colleague under the banner of InnerBalance, various Retreats, such as Heart Activation and Divine Womb Wisdom.
